Optalert™ worked closely with drivers and managers to develop an on line system to feed data from the vehicle to a team at Optalert. The Optalert team analyses this data and reports back to our customer in a form and frequency that suits their needs.
Data is transferred either by a Manual Upload via a USB stick or an Automatic form of a modem in the vehicle. The Optalert Reporting Service consists of three different levels, where the options are designed to give the greatest cost flexibility to our customers.
Level 1 – Driver styled reports, specifically focusing on the individual.
Level 2 – Management style reports adding summary information by shift, deport, company. Issuing trend analysis and bench marking.
Level 3 – Our Education and Training service is offered to customers who have been using the level 2 reports for a minimum of 5 months. This is to ensure the service adds value for our customers, as the data enables for focused and tailored education & training which takes into account the actual risk profile and needs of your team.
