New Optalert Reporting Service

Optalert is completing the development of a new reporting service which will initially include the following features:

Scheduled delivery of customised reports via email
Automated wireless data uploads to the web server
Removes the current manual data input process required onsite

Through the introduction of the new reporting service Optalert can develop tailored reports to satisfy the individual requirements of an organisation.

When the tailored reports have been developed they will be run and emailed directly to the customer. The new application will dramatically enhance communication between Optalert and customers by:

Providing a clear understanding of a customer’s needs at the start of the process through the analysis of reports
Introducing a Data Mining process to detect fatigue related issues to the customer
Better understanding the customers future requirements
