When the tailored reports have been developed they will be run and emailed directly to the customer. The new application will dramatically enhance communication between Optalert and customers by:
- Providing a clear understanding of a customer’s needs at the start of the process through the analysis of reports
- Introducing a Data Mining process to detect fatigue related issues to the customer
- Better understanding the customers future requirements
