Who developed the Optalert system?

Optalert was developed by Dr Murray Johns, the founder, chief scientist and executive director of Sleep Diagnostics Pty Ltd. Dr Johns has a life-long history of involvement with sleep research and the practice of sleep medicine, with a particular interest in drowsiness and its measurement.
