Implementing Optalert

Your enterprise is unique, and our friendly and knowledgeable Implementation & Support personnel will work in close consultation with you to tailor the two-part Optalert Implementation Process to best suit your specific requirements based on asset availability, location, personnel, budget requirements, etc.

The deliverables in each of the On-site and Off-site parts of the implementation process may include, but not be limited to the following;

Part 1: On-site

  • Installation of the Optalert Vehicle System.
  • Individual fitment of Optalert Glasses for each driver/operator.
  • Deployment of Optalert Reports for ongoing management of fatigue risk.
  • Training of designated personnel in Optalert vehicle installation and maintenance, driver glasses fitment and system usage education.

Part 2: Off-site

  • Pre-implementation planning in consultation with relevant stakeholders on all aspects of the Optalert implementation.
  • Training (pre, during, and post implementation).
  • Provision of a safety management risk assessment and analysis framework to assist with integrating Optalert into your organisation's fatigue risk management policies and procedures.
  • Your designated Optalert Implementation & Support Manager will liaise closely with key site personnel to provide and co-ordinate ongoing support of software, hardware and personnel.
